I've been making my own yogurt for awhile now (not quite a year, but it's getting there). Plain. Using Horizon's to inoculate it with it's cultures. (About 2tbls per quart of milk does just fine)

Anyways, I've put macerated frozen fruit, pureed frozen fruit, jams/preserves, and just plain honey in it.

What I did tonight, I wonder why the hell I didn't consider before. Rosewater and honey. Oh my goodness... Now I need some orange blossom water for some raib. Mmmm.
